We are happily bringing back this monthly feature! This month, our Celina Ladies and Friend, lady of the month is Shannon Gill. If you attended our Halloween Pokeno you may know her as the scary pirate! She is warm and kind and makes you feel like you are with an old friend once you start talking with her. We are so glad she decided to share this information with us!
Shannon and her husband moved to Prosper 2 1/2 years ago because they outgrew their closets and she "needed" a craft room for all her stuff! Her and her husband, David (A.K.A Puddin) are close to celebrating their 5th wedding anniversary. They have sibling Golden Doodles named Millie and Sherman, a son that lives in Waxahachie and a 12 year old granddaughter that lives in Frisco.
She has been in the home building industry for 35 years with most of that time spent in purchasing. She loves Jesus, decorating (which she is very good at!), dogs, laughing and helping other people. If there was a pranks division in the Olympics she would definitely take home the gold medal!
While she does not believe in luck, she is blessed with amazing parents and she talks to her daddy every day!
Celina's small town feel is one of her favorite things about it. Her doctors office is in an old house which is also part of Celina's charm for her.
Shannon likes Celina Ladies and Friends because of the fellowship with a friendly, diverse group of women and their concern for the community.
