Lucy's on the Square is a great place to meet up with friends and neighbors in downtown Celina. The fact that Lucy's is in a brick building that is over 100 years old just adds to the feeling of home when you arrive. This was the first restaurant my family dined at when we moved to the area so it will always have a special spot in my heart.
Moises and all the staff at Lucy's make you feel welcome the minute you walk in. Once you are seated you can spend so much time checking out the decor. All along the walls and the second story loft area and the dining area is covered in Texas memorabilia.
Lucy's offers breakfast, lunch and dinner specializing in homemade comfort foods such as fried green tomatoes, chicken fried steak, fried catfish, soups, salads and a variety of desserts .
Other tasty items on the menu are Lucy's chicken salad, club sandwiches, the triple BLT, a variety of burgers and you can't miss the loaded Nachos.
A few of our Celina Ladies and Friends board members also have a tradition of ordering fried pickles every Friday Night Market!
And don't skip dessert! For a delicious dessert anytime, Lucy's offers yummy desserts such as Pecan pie, Chocolate cream pie and Coconut cream pie.
